The luxury of double sprung beds, Egyptian cotton bed linen and oversized Duck & Goose down duvets ensure a luxurious experience for the discerning guest.
Our Loft Rooms are set in the roof top eaves of the building, enjoying magnificent natural light and views across our historical county town. Both our Large Townhouse and Loft Rooms have deep slung stone topped baths, individual fittings and extra special touches.

Parking
Due to our location, we do not currently operate on-site parking facilities. We recommend the multi storey Pay & Display Car Park on Gascoyne Way (A414) which is within easy reach of the Hotel. The Long Stay parking is on floors B and C and is £3.20 to park until 07:30 am, alternatively free parking is available between 18:30 and 07:30 Monday to Saturday and All Day on Sundays. Once parked the alley way from the Car Park leads to Fore Street to take you to the Hotel. For a map showing where the Car Park is in relation to the Hotel please see the side bar on this page and click on the link 'Location Map' allowing you to view or download the location map with the Car Park clearly displayed.

Check-In Information
Check In is from 15:00 on your day of arrival and Check Out is 11:00 on your day of departure. Should you require alternative Check In times, then please contact reservations who will endeavour to accommodate your requirements. You will be asked for a Credit Card Pre-Authorisation on arrival as a security measure, however no payment will be taken from the card. For our overseas visitors, have your passport ready on Check-In to avoid delays. Payment is taken on depature, unless made by prior arrangement with reservations. If you knowingly have an allergy to feather down bedding, then please notify reservations when making your booking.
